Renters Insurance
A renter should have the same security as a house owner has. It is always important for a renter to insure his house hold goods. There is no use of saying that the rented house is being insured as the things inside the house are being owned by the renter. Those are his personal materials.
Actually the renter has more claims than the house owner. If anything in the house is damaged due to some valid reason other than earth quake and natural forces, the renter can easily claim for his insurance except for the property expenses. But material expenses will be covered. There are options for flood insurance also if it is not a flood prone area.
There are various options like lightening and thunder, accident with the electrical equipment’s in the house, accidental electric shock etc. Expensive possessions like gold and ornaments will also be covered if they are mentioned earlier in the papers with photographs.
